PrizePals is a skill based prize competition platform, entries require a correct answer to a skill question and are not a lottery or decided by chance alone. We still want everyone who enters our competitions to do so in a way that stays fun, affordable, and in control.
Some simple guidelines
- Set yourself a budget for entries before you start, and stick to it.
- Only spend money you can afford to spend on entertainment.
- Do not enter more tickets to try to win back money you have already spent.
- Take regular breaks between entering competitions.
- Remember that every competition can be entered for free by post, see our Free Postal Entry page.
Spending Controls
You can set daily, weekly and monthly spending limits, or take a break from entering for anything from 24 hours to 6 months, in Spending Controls in your account. Lowering a limit takes effect straight away, raising or removing one takes 24 hours, and a break cannot be ended early.

Account closure
You can ask us to close your account at any time. Contact us and we will action your request and confirm once it is done.
