1. About this policy
This policy explains how PrizePals uses cookies and similar technologies on prizepalcompetitions.co.uk. PrizePals is operated by Prize Pals Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17419957, registered office 6 Whitesands Grove, Stoke on Trent, ST3 7HT. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things such as what is in your basket or that you are logged in. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies) and others stay for a set period (persistent cookies). Cookies set by PrizePals are first party cookies; cookies set by another company, such as our payment provider, are third party cookies.
3. How we use cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies, which the site needs to work: keeping your basket, logging you in, keeping your account secure and taking payment. These do not need your consent and cannot be switched off in our cookie settings.
- Analytics cookies, which help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These are only set if you choose Accept optional cookies. If you reject them, or make no choice, they are not set.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell any information collected through cookies.
