Rules

Competition Rules

  • Entries close at 7:45pm, Tuesday 1 December 2026 (UK time), or earlier if every ticket sells.
  • The draw takes place at 8:00pm, Tuesday 1 December 2026 (UK time). If every ticket sells before then, the draw takes place within 7 days of selling out and this page is updated with the new time.
  • The competition will not be extended to sell more tickets. The winner is drawn from the tickets sold.
  • Total tickets: 5,000.
  • Maximum per person: 250 tickets, with paid and free postal entries counted together.
  • Every entry must answer the skill question correctly.
  • You can enter for free by post, with the same chance of winning as a paid ticket. See the Free Postal Entry page for how.
  • Main draw prizes, in the order they are drawn: £150 cash, food shop or voucher, winner's choice; £150 cash, food shop or voucher, winner's choice.
  • Instant prizes are tied to winning ticket numbers drawn at random before the competition opened. A matching ticket wins straight away. An instant prize whose ticket is not sold is not awarded.
  • The draw is made at random by our Live Draw tool and the result is published on our Winners page.
  • Winners have 14 days from our first message to claim their prize, using the Claim Prize button in My Wins.
